Albumify AI is an AI-powered photo album creation service that helps you organize and design photo albums. The Service allows you to:

• Upload photos for album creation
• Use AI to automatically organize and layout your photos
• Edit and customize your album designs
• Export albums as print-ready PDFs

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Your Content

Ownership

You retain all rights to your photos and content. We do not claim ownership of any photos you upload or albums you create.

License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• You do not have the right to use
• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates anyone's privacy

During the beta period, we make no guarantees about service availability, data retention, or feature stability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOALBUM AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Albumify AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following account deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. General

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Albumify AI
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• If any provision is found unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect
• These terms are governed by applicable law
